Foradults only.

Take 1 tablet a day, 1 hour before bedtime, with a full glass of water.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained by taking 1 mg before bedtime.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice before taking this dietary supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A dietary supplement for sleep should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of the reach of young children.

A few simple lifestyle rules

During the day

Respect natural light, especially in the morning: get up at a regular time, regardless of how long you slept last night (sleeping in late doesn't make up for a bad night's sleep, as these are not the same stages of sleep).
Avoid stimulants after 4 p.m. (coffee, tea, soft drinks, vitamin C, etc.).
Take part in sporting activities to ensure healthy fatigue at bedtime.
Eliminate the siesta (or reduce it: no more than 20 minutes), to avoid encroaching on the night's "sleep capital".

In the evening

Avoid heavy meals that are difficult to digest. Allow yourself a moment of relaxation between dinner and bedtime, so you can digest in peace.
Avoid intense physical or mental exercise (one hour before bedtime), in favor of relaxation.
Avoid screens, which reproduce daylight and are therefore not conducive to falling asleep.
Create an environment that's compatible with sleep: calm, unlit and cool, and reserve the bed for sleep (the bedroom shouldn't be turned into a TV room...).
Don't go to bed too early, only when you feel like it (telltale signs: yawning, loss of attention, tiredness...), but don't miss your bedtime (sleep is organized in cycles: if you miss one, you have to take the next one!).

During the night

If you're awake for a long time, don't stay in bed brooding over problems and constantly checking the time. Get up and go back to bed only when sleep returns.
