If you have trouble falling asleep:
take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, at bedtime.
If you have jet lag:
take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, at bedtime, from the first day of your trip and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Bulking agents (isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin (1 mg).

A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without medical advice.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
This dietary supplement is not a medicine.
If taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), do not take without medical advice.
