Oral route
Take one capsule with a full glass of water half an hour before bedtime.
Repeat on subsequent days as needed.

Bulking agent: rice starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, melatonin.
Capsule: vegetable-based coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Composition (for 1 vegetarian capsule):
