Melatonin , also known as the "sleep hormone", acts effectively to regulate sleep-wake rhythms and attenuate the effects of jet lag at a dose of 1 mg per day. It reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
Plants traditionally recognized for their sleep-inducing and restorative properties. Valerian andHawthorn have a relaxing action to help you fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Hops and Valerian extract , combined with Valerian extract, help limit nervous states and restore a calm, restful sleep.

Specific References

On the first day, take one tablet with a full glass of water half an hour before bedtime.
Repeat on subsequent days as needed.

Anti-caking agents : microcrystalline cellulose - dicalcium phosphate - tricalcium phosphate - magnesium stearate - croscarmellose sodium, hawthorn extract (maltodextrin), passionflower extract (maltodextrin - (nano) silicon dioxide), hop extract (dextrins - (nano) silicon dioxide).pine (maltodextrin), passionflower extract (maltodextrin - (nano) silicon dioxide), hop extract (dextrin - (nano) silicon dioxide), valerian extract (maltodextrin - (nano) silicon dioxide), melatonin.

Coating ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, color: titanium dioxide.

Hawthorn extract	300 mg
Passionflower extract plant equivalent	125 mg 500 mg
Hops extract plant equivalent	84 mg 500 mg
Valerian extract plant equivalent	62.5 mg 500 mg

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Pregnant or breast-feeding women, children and adolescents, people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases, and people who have to carry out activities requiring heightened vigilance, in whom drowsiness could pose a safety problem.
