Take 3 sprays a day in the mouth, 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake well before use. Approximately 40 uses per bottle. Use within 3 months of first use.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Acidifier : Citric acid; Melatonin, Preservative: Potassium sorbate.
