This dietary supplement is part of the Valdispert® Falling Asleep & Maintaining Sleep range: products specially designed to help you fall asleep and not wake up in the middle of the night.

Its double-layer tablet promotes quality sleep thanks to its dual-release technology:

1. The first layer releases 1.9mg of melatonin in 15 minutes to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep1

2. The second layer releases an 8-hour herbal blend to help you avoid waking up in the middle of the night2,3,4,5,6

It contains a specially selected blend of ingredients to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep:

FALLING ASLEEP :

Melatonin1 1.9 mg: Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

Lemon balm extract2 : Helps optimal night-time relaxation and contributes to the quality of your sleep.

SLEEP MAINTENANCE :

Valerian3 : Helps maintain natural sleep patterns.

Hawthorn4 : Helps reduce agitation and enables better sleep.

California poppy5 : Promotes quality sleep.
