stabilizer (glycerol), aqueous liquid extract of poppy(Papaver rhoeas L.) (80 mg plant equivalent), aqueous dry extract of lemon balm(Melissa officinalis L.) (25 mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavor.

Our formula contains a high dosage of melatonin (1.9 mg), an essential sleep hormone that regulates the sleep cycle.
