Forté Pharma Laboratories have developed Mélatonine 1900 Flash, a melatonin-based dietary supplement that helps you fall asleep more quickly* and attenuates the effects of jet lag**.
Its orodispersible form melts under the tongue without the addition of water, enabling rapid assimilation by the body.

Specific References

If you have trouble falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day to melt under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime.
If you have jet lag: take 1 tablet a day to melt under the tongue, without adding water, at bedtime, from the first day of travel and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Per daily dose: Bulking agents (Mannitol, Microcrystalline cellulose, Maize starch), Vanilla flavouring, Anticaking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Melatonin (1.9 mg).

A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without medical advice.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
This dietary supplement is not a medicine.
