Ingredients in detail
Plant extract [obtained from 380 mg of lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) and 190 mg of hawthorn flowering top (Crataegus monogyna, C. laevigata)] - Extract of plant concentrate titrated with melatonin, obtained from 157 mg of plant extract concentrate [alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa), rice seed (Oryza sativa) and chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) - concentrated lemon juice (Citrus limon) - lime blossom extract (Tilia Tomentosa).
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Lemon balm helps improve sleep quality.
Hawthorn contributes to relaxation and helps maintain natural sleep patterns.
