Specific References

To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: 1 tablet to be left melting on the tongue, in the evening before bedtime.
Reduces the effects of jet lag: 1 tablet to be left melting on the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime on the 1st day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Bulking agent: Isomalt, Xylitol, Croscarmellose Sodique, Microcrystalline cellulose, Natural orange flavor, Anticaking agents: Magnesium Stearate, Silica Dioxide, Dry Extract of Lime Blossom (Tilia Platyphyllos Scop on Maltodextrin (2 mg), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1.4 mg 100% of RDA*), Melatonin (1 mg).

* Recommended daily allowance.
