Shake well before use. 2 sprays in the mouth, under the tongue for rapid action. Do not exceed 2 sprays per 24 hours: - In case of nocturnal awakening: take during the night as soon as you wake up. - If you have trouble falling asleep: take 30 minutes before bedtime. - In case of jet lag: take before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination. Use within 3 months of first use. Precautions for use: Melatonin can take effect up to 4 or 5 hours after being taken.
