Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that regulates the sleep/wake cycle (also known as the circadian cycle).

Chronodorm melatonin:

Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, by providing melatonin before bedtime.
Helps reduce the effects of jet lag for travelers.

Layer 1: 1.9 mg of fast-dissolving melatonin
Layer n°2: a combination of plants, including valerian, which dissolves more slowly (2 to 4 hours*) to help maintain normal sleep quality

Melatonin: is a hormone naturally produced by the body that regulates our sleep/wake cycle (also known as the circadian cycle). It is produced under the effect of darkness and leads to sleep. When dawn breaks, light inhibits melatonin secretion and our biological clock switches to wakefulness.

*test to measure the disintegration time of a bilayer tablet in a solution at 37°C
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime

Specific References

Take one tablet a day, half an hour before bedtime, at a set time. For 15 days or as needed. Repeat as needed.

Ingredients: bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydrogenated vegetable oil; dry extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.), extract of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flowering tops, extract of California Yellow Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) aerial parts, bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin, E132 colorant.

Composition: Melatonin: 1.9 mg
Valerian extract (root): 120 mg
Passionflower extract (flowering tops): 80 mg
California yellow poppy extract (aerial parts): 50 mg for 1 tablet

For adults over 18 only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Do not combine with antidepressants, antihypertensives, sleeping pills or other sedatives without medical advice.
Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity, allergies or in case of interactions described with one of the constituents of the formula.
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Best before the date indicated on the box.
