Let one tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before bedtime. Always take the tablet at the same time. To be taken over a 15-day period or as needed. Repeat if necessary.
For travellers wishing to reduce the effects of jet lag with melatoninlet one tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before bedtime on the eve of departure. Take another tablet to melt under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the next day and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Important: DO NOT swallow the tablet with water.
Let the CHRONODORM tablet melt under the tongue.

Maltodextrin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Composition per tablet:
Melatonin 1.9 mg

For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as a supplement to a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not combine with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives without medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery for four or five hours after taking melatonin. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
