Synvisc® and Synvisc-One® are derivatives of hyaloronic acid, a natural product. They are intended to be injected into the joint to replace the synovial fluid (the fluid in which the joint is immersed, and which is deficient in osteoarthritis). Their role is to facilitate the functioning of the knee joint and absorb the shocks to which it is subjected.
Synvisc and Synvisc-One® are in the form of a gel, with an elasticity and viscosity close to those of synovial fluid of a young person's joint, which enables them to remain in the joint for longer.

Intra-articular injection of Synvisc® or Synvisc-One® can relieve knee pain andimprove mobility. It also encourages the gradual resumption of physical and sporting activity, which is essential to protect your joint against the progression of osteoarthritis.

Déjà utilisé une première fois. L efficacite de ce produit m avait bluffé car j ai pu reprendre sans problème quelques semaines après les injections mes grandes randonnées en montagnes. J'espere que cette deuxième utilisation sera aussi efficace.
