Pain or reduced mobility due to degenerative diseases (osteoarthritis), post-traumatic conditions or damage to joints and tendons. Sinovial® is a synovial fluid substitute used to restore the physiological and rheological properties of arthritic joints. This therapeutic action is ensured by the special characteristics of hyaluronic acid. Obtained by fermentation and without chemical modification, the hyaluronic acid contained in Sinovial® is extremely well tolerated. Sinovial® restores the viscoelastic properties of synovial fluid, reducing pain and restoring mobility to joints and tendons. Sinovial® acts only at the level of the joint into which it is injected, and has no systemic action. Improvement is instantaneous: the overall WOMAC index decreases from the first injection onwards, and from the third injection onwards, the reduction becomes statistically significant. Available studies confirm that 3-5 injections of Sinovial®, administered one week apart, lead to a reduction in pain and swelling, as well as an improvement in function, which can last up to 24 weeks.
