HYAJOINT Plus® is a synovial fluid viscosupplementation product based on hyaluronic acid obtained by microbial fermentation, synthesized by a novel cross-linking process using 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE), to create an additional function to the molecule to prevent its degradation.
HYAJOINT Plus® soothes pain and improves mobility, with efficacy of up to 6 months for patients suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee. HYAJOINT Plus® is administered directly into the osteoarthritic joint1 (1 syringe/treatment). The product is injected into the joint cavity, and must be administered by a physician.
