Royal jelly contains a high proportion of water, but also sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, as well as a large number of substances such as the fatty acids 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid).
Although royal jelly was already consumed by ancient civilizations, its properties have only been identified in recent decades.

Honey is a complex substance composed of over 180 elements. It is essentially composed of sugars, the most important of which are fructose (38%) and glucose (31%), two simple sugars that require no digestion before absorption, and are easily and directly assimilated by the body.
