Foradults only. Shake well before use.

spray 2 times under the tongue before going to bed or during the night if you wake up.
Hold bottle upright.
On first use, prime pump with 2-3 sprays.

This bottle provides around 140 sprays, equivalent to 70 peaceful nights.
