Specific References

Adults and children over 12: 1/2 to 1 tablet per day, in the evening at bedtime with a glass of water or herbal tea.

Dolomite providing 56.7mg Magnesium or 15% of AR* 470mg
Dried extract of Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) aerial parts, titrated at 2.2% Vitexine 100mg
Dried extract of Eschscholzia californica aerial parts titrated to 0.6% Alkaloids 100mg
Dried extract of Lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia) ratio 2:1 50mg
Dried lime blossom extract (Tilia cordata, Tilia platyphyllos) ratio 4:1 50mg
Dried extract of Poppy flowers (Papaver rhoeas) ratio 4:1 20mg
