Santé Verte Nutralgic Muscle 14 Tablets is a dietary supplement in tablet form based on Magnesium and Vitamin D.
The Santé Verte Laboratory has developed NUTRALGIC® muscle*, a dietary supplement containing Magnesium and Vitamin D, which help maintain normal muscle function, and Vitamins B1, B5 and B6, which contribute to normal energy metabolism. This complex of active ingredients helps maintain normal muscle function during periods of discomfort due to cramps.

Whether occasional or regular, cramps are involuntary, temporary muscle contractions of various origins:

- Of metabolic origin, cramps can be favored by dehydration of the body and deficiencies in potassium, vitamins B1, B5 and B6: we recommend drinking water regularly, choosing fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals, and eating wholegrain cereals and legumes.
- Cramps can be linked to muscular fatigue: warm up well before practising a sport, stretch gently without straining after exercise to avoid damaging muscle fibres.
- Finally, cramps can be linked to other pathologies, in which case it is advisable to consult your doctor.

Take 2 tablets a day for 5 to 7 days. Take with meals.
