Take 1 tablet 3 hours before bedtime with a glass of water. One-time use or 15-night program.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.- flowers)150 mg, anticaking agent: calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, thickener: xanthan and acacia gums , binder: corn starch, extract of German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L. - flowers) 37.50 mg , anticaking agent: magnesium carbonate, extract of (4) Poppy (Papaver rhoeas L. - petals) 28 mg, anticaking agent: magnesium stearate, essential oils of : True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia - Flowering tops) 10 mg, Bergamot (Citrus aurantium subsp. bergamia - Pericarp) 10 mg, Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis - Pericarp) 5 mg, Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus - Aerial parts) 5 mg, Melatonin 1 mg.

We recommend taking the tablet at dinnertime, i.e. 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.

This first phase allows you to relax and unwind in preparation for a good night's sleep.

The second and third phases are delayed release. The second phase occurs at bedtime, when 1mg of melatonin is released to induce rapid sleep. The last phase acts throughout the night, ensuring a restful sleep.

This patented three-layer technology can be taken as a single dose or as part of a 15-night program. With no drowsiness on waking, these tablets are ideal for periods of disturbed sleep or insomnia.
