Shake well before each use
Children (3 years and over): 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for up to 5 days.
Adults: 2 measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 30 ml) for up to 5 days.

Ingredients per 30 ml:

Sucrose, water, bulking agent: glycerine, thyme honey (2.36 g), lemon honey (1.18 g), lavender honey (0.393 g), concentrated lemon juice (Citrus limon), elderberry flower extract (Sambucus nigra L.) 0.25 g, marshmallow root extract (Althaea officinalis L.) 0.125 g. Hydroglycerine extract of propolis (0.1 g). Thickener: xanthan gum.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 3 and people allergic to hive products and pollens.
