BY MOUTH Take 2 drops of Lavender essential oil 2 to 3 times a day, diluted with a little honey or in a teaspoon of olive oil, or on a neutral tablet. It can be taken for a few days, from the first cough, to prevent respiratory ailments.
ON THE SKIN Lavender essential oil can be used pure or very slightly diluted, directly on the skin, on pimples, abrasions, hematomas, small wounds, certain dermatoses and mycoses...
It disinfects and promotes healing.
In cases of extreme allergic sensitivity, it can also be diluted 20% in jojoba, sweet almond or other vegetable oils.
Stress, sleep disorders, tachycardia, muscle cramps and tension, spasmophilia:
Give a short massage of the solar plexus, nape of the neck, temples, wrists (watch out for the eyes) and soles of the feet with a few drops of True Lavender essential oil in a little Jojoba or Macadamia vegetable oil or other oil.
