Shake well before each use.

Adults: 2 to 3 sprays per use at the back of the throat 3 to 6 times a day.

Children (> 7 years): 1 spray per use at the back of the throat 3 to 6 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT (% w/w): Propolis extract: 7.67 mg/spray

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: water, glycerine, echinacea purpurea fluid extract, essential oils of: eucalyptus radiata, peppermint (mentha piperita), rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), thyme (thymus vulgaris), lemon juice, soy lecithin. Gluten-free.
