Shake ﬂacon before use.

As a friction: pour into the palm of the hand and apply once a day to affected areas.

As a compress: apply to affected areas once a day, using absorbent cotton or a compress soaked in friction. Wash hands after application.

After exercise: massage in deeper to relax, soften and prevent tension.
