Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral base 3 times a day.

Italian Helichrysum essential oil.

Keep out of reach of young children.
Maximum recommended daily dose for oil: 6 drops - 240 mg.
Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by children under 6 years of age.
Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
