Used since well before the Middle Ages, St. John's Wort macerated in oil is a real"plant band-aid"! A healing, repairing, soothing and anti-inflammatory oily macerate, it's easy to see why it's so popular! This oil also decongests vascular and edematous disorders . Ideal for aches and pains, but unfortunately photosensitizing, so avoid exposure to the sun for 24 hours after use. In "old wives' remedies" (with a very good reputation), we recommend applying it in the evening, at bedtime for example..
- Do not expose to the sun 24 hours after use.
- Complex fatty acids, depending on the oil used for maceration. Traces of St. John's wort essential oil, reputed to be anti-inflammatory and decongestant. Anti-inflammatory and healing phytosterols: hyperforin and hypericin (photosensitizers).
Injuries and small wounds: After cleansing and disinfecting the wound, gently apply a few drops of St. John's wort macerate. Dress/protect with gauze.

- Oral use:10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
- Cosmetic use: Suitable for fragile, reddened and irritated skin. Makes skin soft and supple. Good to know: Mixed in equal parts with carrot and avocado oils, helps the skin in case of sun irritation or sunburn.
