We recommend it as a pre-shampoo. After slightly warming the bottle of oil in a hot water bath, apply it all over your hair and scal p.distribute evenly from roots to ends, and massage back into scalp until wet.wrap in a warm towel and leave on for 15 minutes, allowing the scales of the hair fiber to open and optimizing the efficacy of the castor oil.
Two shampoos are needed to rinse away the oil's greasy effect.
