Adults: the initial dose is 2 capsules, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each loose bowel movement.

Adolescents aged 12 to 18: the initial dose is 1 capsule, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each loose stool. Never exceed 8 capsules in a 24-hour period.
