3 to 6 tablets a day between meals.

Powders of chlorella(Chlorella pyrenoidosa H. Chick), spirulina(Spirulina platensis (Gomond) Geitler), wild garlic(Allium ursinum L.), rockweed(Fucus vesiculosus L.)(fish, shellfish) and dandelion(Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H. Wigg), chicory inulin(Cichorium intybus L.), anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate; carrier: cellulose; apple pectin, acerola extract(Malpighia glabra L.).
