Directions for use

Two capsules a day, taken 20 minutes before a meal, with a full glass of water.Duration of treatment 4 weeks.For optimum results, Lactiplus should be taken for a minimum of 4 weeks.Lactiplus should be taken 4 hours before or after an antibiotic.If you forget to take Lactiplus, do not double the dose.Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 25ºC
