Guarana is a climbing shrub grown in South America, mainly in Brazil and Venezuela. Its name comes from the Guarani, Amazonian Amerindians who consumed guarana during periods of famine to help them cope with hunger. They were the first to discover the full physiological effects of this plant.
Ginseng is a herbaceous perennial plant 30 to 50 cm high, cultivated mainly in the Korean peninsula and northeast China. It helps reduce fatigue and improve cognitive performance.

Specific References

2 to 4 capsules per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably in the morning between meals.
Duration of supplementation: 15 to 30 days.
