Vitamin C is a water-soluble, fat-soluble vitamin that is involved in a number of physiological mechanisms:
- It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system;
- It helps reduce fatigue;
- It helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
However, the body is unable to synthesize it. This vitamin must therefore be supplied on a daily basis through the diet, by consuming citrus fruits, red berries or cabbage, for example, which are naturally rich in vitamin C.
C Biane Acérola has been formulated with acerola, a fruit naturally rich in vitamin C, to offer a dietary supplement to optimize daily intake.
