Take 1 capsule morning, noon and evening before meals, with a large glass of water, for 7 to 10 days.

Soya Plant Oil* (first cold-pressed, non-GMO), Gelatine of marine origin, 100% pure, natural Essential Oils EOBBD (Lavandula spica* flowering tops, Thymus vulgaris flowering tops, Laurus nobilis* leaves, Eucalyptus radiata* leaves, Rosmarinus officinalis* flowering tops) Glycerol, Water.

Daily dose in mg (3 capsules) : Lavender aspic 30, Thyme linalol 30, Laurel 24, Eucalyptus radiata 18, Rosemary 1.8 cineol 18.

En période hivernale ....si un état grippal pointe son nez aux premiers signes le nez pris ..je suis facilement enrouée alors il faut avoir ce produit sous la main.
