Tips & Tricks: For a moment of relaxation - anti-stress recipe: 5 to 10 drops of the mixture below, to be diffused 15 to 20 minutes per hour. 30 drops HECT Lavender + 30 drops HECT Petit grain bigarade + 40 drops HECT Mandarin.

Directions: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
