Take 1 tablet in the evening with a large glass of water.

Ingredients

Dried rhubarb extract (Rheum palmatum L./Rheum officinale Baill. - 496 mg/comp.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; concentrated fig juice powder (Ficus carica L. - 80 mg/comp.); dried tamarind extract (Tamarindus indica L. - 50 mg/comp.); acacia fiber (Acacia senegal L. - 50 mg/comp.); glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; color: anthocyanins; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate.
