To build body volume and mass, the body needs a balanced supply of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and essential nutrients. PONDIMAX® contains ingredients which contribute to protein metabolism and act on appetite, two parameters which influence the desired weight gain. PONDIMAX® has been specially developed by NHCO Nutrition® research on the basis of creatine at an adapted dosage and 2 complexes which concentrate amino acids, plant extracts and essential nutrients.
Complexe-L2GA contains 3 essential and semi-essential amino acids: L-Arginine, L-Leucine and L-Glutamine, combined with vitamin B6 for normal energy metabolism and Zinc for normal protein synthesis, especially in muscles.
The Phytostimulant Complex is made up of fenugreek, which has an appetite-stimulating effect, and rhodiola, which has a beneficial effect in situations of stress leading to loss of appetite. It also contains ginseng for vitality and endurance.

PONDIMAX® can be usefully combined with NUTRIUM®600k from the NHCO Nutrition® range.

Attack phase for the first 2 weeks 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening
Follow-up phase for the remaining 2 weeks 2 capsules in the morning

Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, color: copper chlorophyll complexes.
