Menocia 12/12 50 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on beta-alanine, amino acids, plants and minerals for women going through perimenopause or menopause.

- pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamin C and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue,
- vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions, regulation of hormonal activity and normal formation of red blood cells,
- biotin, vitamin B8, helps maintain normal skin,
- vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal functioning of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels. It also helps protect cellular components against oxidative stress,
- vitamin D helps maintain normal teeth and bones,
- zinc contributes to normal cognitive function,
- selenium helps maintain normal hair.

Ménocia comes in two capsules: 1 green in the morning and 1 orange in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water.

Per 1 green capsule: β-alanine, ascorbic acid; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose (E460), wheat maltodextrin (E1400); dried nettle extract (Urtica dioïca L.); dried hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.); DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate; bulking agent: maltodextrin; DL-alphatocopherol; bulking agent: starch; calcium pantothenate; bulking agents: modified food starch (E1451), potato maltodextrin (E1400); anti-caking agents: colloidal silica (E551) [nano], magnesium stearate (E572); bulking agents: lactose, sucrose; chromium hydrochloride hexahydrate; bulking agent: tartaric acid (E334); acidity regulator: sodium ascorbate (E301); anticaking agent: medium-chain triglycerides; D-biotin; cholecalciferol.
