Specific References
For adults and teenagers aged 12 and over. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from moisture and heat.
3 tablets a day, i.e. 1 tablet morning, noon and evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
To be taken from the 1st day of menstruation, for 5 days.
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium bisglycinate, marine magnesium oxide, chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers), ginger extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe, rhizome), zinc sulfate, fennel extract (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruits), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Contains no allergens, preservatives, sweeteners, GMOs, ingredients of animal origin or nanoparticles
