Magnesium, a major mineral element, contributes to the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems. It is involved in the process of muscular contraction and relaxation.

Selenium and copper are antioxidants that help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Potassium, which contributes to normal muscular function, and B vitamins round out the formula for optimum effectiveness.¹ Claim associated with magnesium.

Specific References

Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water, preferably outside of mealtimes.
As soon as muscle contractions appear: take 2 tablets a day until the desired effect is achieved.
In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular effort: take 2 tablets a day as a 15-day course of treatment.

Minerals: potassium bicarbonate - magnesium citrate - selenium yeast - copper gluconate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate - magnesium stearate, vitamins: B1 - B6 - B12.
