Take one tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water
tabilizers (Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Stearic acid), Passionflower solids, Valerian solids, GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), California Poppy extract, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Anticaking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Potato Starch), Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).
Per tablet: Passionflower 100 mg, Valerian 100 mg, GABA 100 mg, California poppy 50 mg, Vitamin B3 16 mg, Melatonin 1.85 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 12.
