An exclusive complex of 10 active ingredients (plant extracts, vitamins and minerals) rigorously selected for their targeted effectiveness:

- Feverfew helps to relieve headaches, promote relaxation and keep thoughts clear, working in synergy with Chamomile matricaria, which soothes and promotes relaxation.
- Boswellia and Pale Rose help reduce discomfort during menstruation, while vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
- Turmeric, recognized for its action on joint comfort, also contributes to liver health.
- Ginger helps keep the respiratory tract clear and promotes physical well-being.

Specific References

This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breast-feeding women are advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Curcumin inhibits platelet aggregation. It is not recommended for people taking anti-coagulants. Not recommended for pregnant women (ginger).

In case of intense discomfort: 3 tablets a day in a single dose, with a large glass of water.

For prolonged discomfort: 1 to 3 tablets a day with a full glass of water. Take tablets 4 hours apart.

Store away from heat and moisture.
