Mountain Juniper oil is mainly used in unctions and massages on the skin, to relieve joint and rheumatic pain and promote the regeneration of damaged cartilage and tissue.
It activates elimination by the kidneys and reduces acidity in blood and tissues, reinforcing its anti-inflammatory action.
It also has an anti-putrid and anti-fungal action;
It is ideally combined with Eucalyptus citriodora, Wintergreen and Scots Pine essential oils in a massage oil. Arnica, Callophylus and Calendula oils can be used as diluting vegetable oils.

ON THE SKIN: It is best used in a dilution of 20 to 40% essential oil in an anti-inflammatory vegetable oil such as Callophylus oil, Arnica oil or Calendula oil.
Short massage and friction applications on painful areas of the body, especially joints.
Combines well with essential oils of Eucalyptus citriodora, Wintergreen, Scots Pine and Rosemary Camphor.

Do not use by mouth for long periods and dilute preferably by massage.
