Hints & Tips: 4 drops of HECT True Lavender on a cotton ball or a piece of wood to place in your wardrobe will keep moths away and give your laundry a pleasant scent. 2 drops of HECT True Lavender on the reverse of a pyjama collar or pillowcase will promote rapid, restful sleep.

Directions: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
