For any therapeutic use of Essential Oils, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Internal use.
Adults: take 1 drop of eucalyptus on a neutral tablet or sugar, 3 times a day.
Children (over 7): take 1 drop in a spoonful of honey, 2 times a day.
External use.
Adults: dilute 2 to 5 drops of eucalyptus in vegetable oil, 3 times a day, and apply to desired area.
Children (over 7): dilute 2 drops of eucalyptus in a vegetable oil, 3 times a day on the desired area.
By diffusion.
Insert a few drops of essential oil in an electric diffuser and turn on for about 10 minutes every 1/2 hour.
