LAVENDER

Lavandula angustifolia

The basis of many perfumes, true lavender essential oil has a delicate scent.

Naturally found in the northern Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for some years now in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.

In France, the four Midi departments alone account for some 20,000 hectares of cultivation.

This essential oil is EOBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined)

Specific References

Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar). Do not use undiluted or mix with water.

Equivalence : 1ml =31 drops
