Instructions for use :

1. Skin preparation

If necessary, shave hair to ensure good adhesion of the dressing

Thoroughly disinfect the wound, rinse and dry thoroughly

Hemostasize the wound if necessary (stop bleeding)

2. Dressing application

3. Dressing removal: for skin-friendly stretch removal

Polyurethane film coated with acrylic adhesive.

Absorbent non-woven pad covered with a non-stick polyethylene film.

Sterile dressing.

Avoid tension during application

Renew the dressing, according to the instructions for use, on average every 2 to 3 days and:

if in doubt about the dryness of the compress after bathing, showering or balneotherapy

if the compress is saturated with blood or exudates

On medical prescription, the dressing can be kept in place for up to 7 days.

In all cases, regularly monitor the wound or puncture site and surrounding areas for signs of infection, such as pain, redness, swelling, unusual odour or suppuration.

If in doubt, contact your doctor or nurse.

Do not use on infected wounds, infected puncture sites, deep, bleeding or highly exudative wounds

Do not use to cover central venous catheters

Single use (otherwise risk of infection) - Do not re-sterilize - Check integrity of individual sterility pack before use

Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days

Do not use on newborns weighing less than 3.5 kg

Do not expose to prolonged exposure to light
