Urgotul Border is a hydrocellular dressing indicated for the treatment of acute exudative wounds such as 2nd degree burns, dermabrasions, traumatic wounds, post-operative wounds and chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure sores and diabetic foot sores.
Hydrocellular dressings are designed on a polyurethane foam base toensure moist wound healing.
Its TLC (Lipo-Colloid Technology) matrix is micro-adherent, providing a moist wound healing environment and allowing pain-free, atraumatic removal for the patient. The hydrocolloid particles turn to gel on contact with exudates, creating the moist environment essential for healing.
This UrgoTul Border hydrocellular dressing is absorbent and adhesive, with an impermeable outer backing that allows gas exchange, and a siliconized adhesive layer.
Thanks to their adhesive silicone edges, they can be used in the shower without protection, as they are waterproof.
This Urgotul Border dressing comes in 3 sizes to cover different wounds, with the sacrum format (15x20) recommended for localized wounds on the buttocks.

Specific References

Clean the wound, then rinse with saline solution.
Dry peri-wound skin thoroughly.
Apply UrgoTul Border to the wound, with the central compress facing the wound.
Renew every 2 to 4 days.

Do not use Urgotul Border in case of known sensitivity to the dressing or any of its components
Do not resterilize
