Small wounds on the hands can happen so quickly... Urgo Spécial Doigts bandage protects all superficial wounds on your hands with maximum comfort , thanks to two ergonomic formats. What's more, it's water-resistant! Although superficial, small wounds require special care. It's important to take several steps to care for them.

  • The first step is to clean the wound with clear water and disinfect it with an antiseptic. Then rinse and dry the wound.
  • Then choose a dressing that will protect it from dirt and bacteria, to avoid any risk of contamination.
  • And finally, to heal without leaving marks, apply a healing dressing as soon as the wound stops bleeding.
  1. Stretchable and water-resistant, this bandage protects and follows the movements of your fingers for maximum comfort. It also lets the skin breathe.
  2. Itsnon-adherent compress won't stick to the wound, and helps absorb bleeding and exudates!
  3. The butterfly format can be used for wounds on the fingertips or between the thumb and forefinger.

Specific References

  • Carefully clean, disinfect, rinse and dry the wound and surrounding area.
  • Apply the dressing, carefully smoothing the edges.
  • Renew the dressing at least 2 times a day.

Viscose/polypropylene/polyethylene compress covered with a non-adherent polyethylene fleece.

  • Do not apply to wounds that are longer or wider than the pad and liable to overflow.
  • To avoid a tourniquet effect, do not wrap the long bandage too tightly around the finger. If you feel a tingling sensation at the tip of your finger, remove the dressing immediately and apply a new one, taking care not to tighten it too much.
