Ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid, emulsifier: dicalcium phosphate, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, L-carnosine, zinc citrate, HPMC coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: stearic acid, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, selenomethonine yeast, anti-caking agents: sodium crosscarmelose, magnesium stearate), vitamin B1, vitamin B8, chromium.

Active ingredients per 1 tablet: lipoic acid: 300 mg, L-carnosine: 75 mg, zinc (citrate): 7.5 mg (75%), vitamin B1: 0.7 mg (63.3%), vitamin B8 (biotin): 75 μg (150%), chromium (chromium picolinate): 25 µg (62.5%), selenium: 25 µg (50%).
